The rest of my experience with the dealership sucked. The office was understaffed and there was no private office for us to sit in and talk numbers. It took over 5 hours to close the deal and I did not get the car we wanted and had to settler for a more expensive SUV, because the bank gave us a poor leasing rate on the doge we wanted or that is what I was told. The dealer also did not have or offer the Dodge SUV that was listed on your national website which is why I came to the dealer in the first place. When I questioned the sales Manager (Amir) about the why we could not get a better deal on the dodge I wanted I was told the bank was the problem. which to me said he was more interested in getting me into a more expensive car than getting me a deal on the car i wanted. More
