You never feel spoken over or around; it's basic, simple, cordial communication between dealer and client. On this visit I dealt mostly with Lawrence, who couldn't have more professional, cordial, friendly and again, communicative, with all the appropriate follow through. But I've dealt with Nick and Keith on other occasions and the service is consistently good. I don't like going to car dealerships. I always feel like I'm swimming in mud. But these guys make it easy, and take away that dread. I highly recommend this dealership. More
