Oh ??NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! NOT ANOTHER TRANSMISSION????!!!!!! Yep! And it's gonna cost ya, too! That's the bad news. The good news is that I have Keith Zarembski taking care of me. He's had my back on any and all major repairs I've had on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 since I bought it (used) off their lot in 2004. And though I can't say I'm really pleased with having to replace yet another transmission (my 3rd) in my truck,..... hey, that's life behind the wheel my friends. But what makes it even more unpleasant is that I need my truck for work and not having it costs me money on top of the repair bill. But Keith helped me get a really good price with a good warranty on a factory rebuild and within a couple of days, I'm back in business. He saved me a bundle of cash and precious time. Because he knows,... and he cares. And that's what it's all about. Dude,... you rock! More

I had gone to a couple of different dealerships and none of them wanted to work with me. I had a budget that I needed to stay in and the other dealerships told me I was not being realistic with my budget. A good friend recommended the dealership and Kyle, he told me even though I live in New York it would be worth it. I called Kyle and did most of the negotiation over the phone. I was able to get the car I wanted at a price I could afford. The whole process was fast and easy. I thank everyone there for the great job they did! They were above and beyond. returned phone calls promptly, did the work without a hitch, were super friendly and courteous (no small thing these days) and informed me of other issues with my car. Those issues included tires for which they gave me a replacement quote. Ive owned cars for 30 years and no my prices. This was a terrific price. Im goin back.... More
