Bring my 10 year old jeep up to like new condition I bought my first jeep from Paul Garavel in 1987. Since that time I have purchased 4 more from him or his people, and for one very good reason. I give them a free hand in servicing my Jeep Overland so they look for parts they while still functional bear watching for near term replacing. The reason is I never want to be stuck on the side of some snow and ice covered Connecticut road. When I drop off my jeep I am greeted by name, by Keith, Nick or Dave the manager. When I pick up my jeep I get a full report on what they find, but they never do additional work without calling me first to discuss. When I have questions or want special technical attention I ask for Fred, the shop foreman who will do the work for me if asked, or answer my questions after. The end result is a 10 year old car, my favorite model yet, that has never let me down. On my recent visit I needed some significant parts replaced covered under extended warranty. When the warranty company questioned the need, Paul went to bat for me and it was covered. I also drive an Audi A8L, a beautiful car built for our weather. But I depend on the jeep to tough out the worst days, and in fact I put more miles on it than the Audi. I recommend Garavel highly as a very high quality service group with real integrity. That's why I am planning on buying my next Jeep from them. More
