On our way from New York to Vermont with our brand new Dodge Ram truck the radio & blue tooth suddenly stopped working. But that is exactly what they did. When they came out and were not able to operate it either - they immediately took us in and worked on the problem. The computer called for reprogramming so they did what was necessary to reprogram successfully and get us back on the road within 45 minutes - all with a smile! They keep you in the loop during the extent of your service period. Whether it's a routine maintenance or an out of the blue issue that needs attending to, the staff remain very fair and honest in their opinions on what you should get done or what can possibly be held off. I'm very comfortable with their recommendations (and that is because they explain WHY you need to get unknown issues dealt with). I'll continue to recommend Garavel to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. It was a big contributor in my brother purchasing his new vehicle from them. More

After putting the spare tire on, I drove it to Garavel and Keith did an awesome job of getting me a new tire right away. On a completely unrelated note, I want to also mention an instance where Keith went above and beyond out of his way to help me in a very stressful situation. On August 17, 2013, I was involved in a minor collision on the highway and had to have my truck towed to a body shop. At Keith's recommendation, I had thd body shop call me up instantly and they did a fantastic job on my truck! Without Keith's guidance and leadership I don't know what I would've done. He didn't have to do that but that's the kind of guy he is - I'm very grateful to be able to work with someone like Keith because he really cares about his customers. More
