I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience of purchasing my new Jeep at Georgetown. I was approached immediately by a sales consultant while checking out the new inventory on the lot but was not purchasing my new Jeep at Georgetown. We browsed until we were ready to talk to a sales consultant and when we did we received friendly and knowledgeable service. Every employee greeted us with a smile and hello and the sales consultant, Mark Ballaro, we worked with was extremely helpful, respectful, and courteous throughout the process of browsing and purchasing my new jeep. The employees we worked with, Mark Balloro and Omar Hamed, made the whole process quick and easy,taking the time to go over each step so everything was clear and understandable. And in the end when I drove away in my new jeep I was very happy and satisfied with the service and felt I came away with a great deal. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I was in and out the door in record time for an oil change. I was told of a few things my car will need in the near future (tires, breaks, wipers) and wasn't pressured to get anything done on the spot change. Keith went above and beyond when my daughter's car went into "limp mode" and was undriveable. It was move in day at her college and her car was loaded with her stuff. After calling 6 rental car places th into "limp mode" and was undriveable. It was move in day at her college and her car was loaded with her stuff. After calling 6 rental car places that were either closed or didn't have any cars left, Keith put her belongings in his own personal car and drove it to her school 25 minutes away.
