I only stopped into this dealership to pick up a soft top for a jeep my father had recently purchased. I had no intentions on purchasing a vehicle. Once the top was loaded in my pickup, and I was ready to leave, one of the guys helping, Rich Palacio, asked when I was getting out of my current truck and into a dodge ram. I said I was thinking of a new truck but just haven't seen anything I really liked. Rich showed me a few of the dodge rams and they were nice but just wasn't completely impressed with them. Then he showed me a ram 2500 diesel pickup that I fell in love with. We sat down with Joe and went over the numbers and it seemed do able. My only concern was I might need a co-signer. Then I met Omar and he said not to worry, he'd get me in that truck. And he di. I couldn't possibly be more happy with this truck. Everyone was extremely friendly and especiallyhelpful.
