I visited the dealership on Sunday Sep 30 looking for a new Jeep Wrngler Sport. Omar and RIchard made a great job finding the car that really fit my needs. We went throught the negotiation process and the new Jeep Wrngler Sport. Omar and RIchard made a great job finding the car that really fit my needs. We went throught the negotiation process and the price obtained was very close to the invoice price. I was told to come back the following day to pick up the car and unfortunately the car was sold to another dealer / client. Omar and RIchard found the exact car in another location and the car was in the dealer by Tuesday night Oct 2. I was not happy with the situation obviously but RIchard and Omar made a great effort to find the car the way I wanted and have it ready for me in the least possible time. Richard and Omar made a car buying experience that could have ended terribly a good one through good quality of service and friendliness explaining the problems and finsing solutions for me. For example, I decided to included the tubular steps when I was closing the transaction on Friday 5th. THe dealer workshop was full of work but they could make the installation in less than 1 hour. That was a great service and kindness after the problem lived early during the week. The next time I am in the market for a Jepp car, I will ask for Richard and Omar for sure. More

Went in to the dealer to browse, we were met by Richard who was a pleasure to deal with in every aspect of the car buying process-start to finish. His willingness to take the time and his straitforward approach are traits (as a dealership) you may not be able to put a price on but from a customers point of view are what will bring back return business. We would/will definately buy another vehicle from Richard. Joe was great to deal with as well on the back end wrapping up the final paperwork, these Gents are both an asset to the dealership. Decided to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee as we love our 2002 Grand Cherokee. We went to look at the inventory on Labor Day and met Edward Maldonado in the lot, they were closing up for the day, but Ed our 2002 Grand Cherokee. We really liked the Overland model on the lot. We came back the following week but were told the Overland on the lot had been sold. Ed worked on getting the model we wanted from another dealer. Within a week it was in. the purchase process went very smoothly, Ed is very helpful, efficient and his follow up since purchasing has been great. We highly recommend going in to see Ed and the team at Georgetown jeep in Norwalk. More
