Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

First time I came into the dealership was in regards to my car. I was asking to get it inspected, due to not liking some of the sounds it was making. Michelle took the time out to ask me many questions abo my car. I was asking to get it inspected, due to not liking some of the sounds it was making. I was ready to pay for my inspections but was told they didn't find anything wrong and wanted me to to swing by whenever it was giving me problems again. I was told I did not have to pay!!!! I came back 5 days later due to my low tire light being on despite me putting air in my tires. I was told it was a sensor problem was was covered under my warranty. I didn't have an appointment and didn't have to wait long to get my car back. For someone who recently moved from Buffalo and is adjusting to a different environment, it was great to find such great assistance. Just wanted to say Thank You!!!!!!! More

I was actually a little disheartened going to the dealership because my new jeep wrangler already had 2 warning lights on and it had only been 5,000 miles since i had bought it in June. I brought my car in at 8 AM and dealt with Michelle. She was very pleasant and just as pleasant at 5:30 PM when I picked up my car. I had to contact the service department because my check engine was on again. Michelle was kind enough to look up old records for me on the computer to see if the parts I had replaced in the past were stil engine was on again.
