I scratched my car and was lucky enough to run into John Miranda who took the time to explain what I could do at home to clean my, what paint I needed and had it ready for me when I came in the next day. I have a 2004 Chrysler Concorde that I purchased used 2 and a half years ago and have been using the auto shop I bought it from for all service related needs. I recently got a mailing with a promo from t and a half years ago and have been using the auto shop I bought it from for all service related needs. I recently got a mailing with a promo from this dealership for a $99.00 brake pad replacement and since my brakes were squeeking a bit, I thought I would use it and get that taken care of. All I wanted was the front brake pads to be replaced. I made that perfectly clear. I made an appt. with this local Chrysler/Jeep dealership that i had used once before for a recall which is how they had my name in their mailing list. Went in for appt. told the service rep what I wanted, gave them the coupon and was told it would be "about an hour". I waited in the waiting area, working on my laptop, and almost two hours later, was called up to the service desk. They said they hade "looked over" the car, and the estimate for the work needed to be done was $2,200+!~ I couldn't believe it and knew instintively in my gut that coming to this dealer where they would "go service/repair fishing" for any work possibly needed on the car that I didn't want or request would be located and checked and noted for replacement. When I was brought back to the car to see the mechanice and the 'needed work' all tires were off? I just wanted to the front brake pads to be replaced! Of course they tell you that they do a 30 point inspection for 'safety reasons' on every car but the bottom line is that we all know that is a way for them to get more service $ out of every person who brings their car into the shop. If I didn't want or refused to have the work done, they were going to make me sign a form saying I understood the car was "not safe" for legal reasons. I feel like i just got totally ripped off. So they had to get me a rental car and I was told the work would not be finished by the end of the day but would be called in the a.m.. I did not get a call until 3:45 the next day and was told they would be around for about another 45 minutes to an hour before closing. I couldn't make it back so I had to wait until MOnday a.m to go get my car an pay almost half of what i bought the whole car for 2 and 1/2 years ago for repairs that in my mind/opinion did not need to be done. I usually fix things on the car when they need it or brake. Not proactively repair everything under the sun for the good of the dealer cash flow. More

Being overwhelmed by the thought of the repairs, I lost it. Keith Zarembski was the unfortunate soul on the other end of the phone. He sat and explained thoroughly what the problem was and what would be the best way to handle it. He was professional, knowledgable and compassionate. I highly recommend this dealership's service department and will definitely return because of Keith Zarembski. More

My Jeep was not ready to be picked up when promised it would be. And they told me what the cost would be for the service, and it came in much higher than the quote. Disappointed overall, especially beca would be. And they told me what the cost would be for the service, and it came in much higher than the quote. Dropped off a 2001 JGC for what should have been minor repairs i.e., left turn signal malfunctioning, rear hatch lock motor making sounds, and passanger side window motor broken. The car came back with t repairs i.e., left turn signal malfunctioning, rear hatch lock motor making sounds, and passanger side window motor broken. The car came back with the turn signal still not working, the window motor not fixed, and nice new dent in my rear hatch. I never would go back there again. More
