We performed repairs on this customer's vehicle that our certified technicians felt were necessary for the vehicle to be safe and properly maintained. If customer's decide not have recommended safety related repairs completed we have them sign a declination form to protect both them and us. We do apologize for the repairs not being finished on time but as we went through the vehicle we found additional work that had to be done (though we brought them in at the original estimate).

We apologized to this customer and assured her it would not happen again. We try to be very sensitive to our customer's needs and respectful of their schedules but obviously failed in this case. We also tried to find out what happened with the customer's bill and why there was a discrepancy between the original quote and the final amount. Unfortunately, without more information from the customer we have not been able to trace the transaction. This is not common practice for us and we would like to know where our process failed.
