Wanted to make appointment for diagnostic to check an engine light. Mike Hernandez at the desk, with a customer. I waited. Customer left. No other customers. I asked for an appointment. I said Ok I'll wait. He said, "Here's my card, call me tomorrow to make an appointment." So I stated, I'll wait until you're finished with the customer on the phone. Guy was still rude and said, no don't wait, call me tomorrow. I asked how long will it take, an hour, five hours to finish with the customer so I can get an appointment. Mike tried to send me to a waiting room, he would get me when he's ready that he can make the appointment. I waited right there, he finished with the phone customer in less than 5 minutes. Just rude, rude, rude. Mike Hernandez is not a multitasker, clearly overwhelmed with his role of dealing with paying customers, dismissive of female customers, needs some customer service training. Very disappointed with Caravel. Will not buy my new vehicle there. More

I’m reading all these great reviews from buyers that they had a great experience. So did I when I bought my Sahara. I called about a month ago to get serviced because I saw it leaking some fluid. They give me an appointment and tell me to keep driving it. Yesterday (Easter day) the car overheated on I95 and got dumped with my family. I called this morning and told what had happened and they didn’t care. I asked if I can bring it in earlier because now I don’t have a car. They said there’s nothing they can do for me. I asked if they had a loaner so I can get to work and their response was that I had to wait for the date of my appointment and they couldn’t do anything for me. Honestly worst service ever. More
I had a prescheduled service appointment for my Jeep this morning and soon after arriving the appointment got off on the wrong foot and was not meeting expectations. I bought my $70k truck there and have always had it serviced there since I got it. Overall the experience has been great and I love my truck. Unfortunately something has changed, the service is horrible, the worst I have ever seen. I had my 20,000 mile maintenance done a few months ago and everything checked out good. Then a about a month ago I received a couple of notifications on my Mopar app saying a few things needed to be checked I wanted to get it checked out so I called to make an appointment which I was told would be in 3 weeks, I made the appointment and dropped off the truck. I got a call asking what the issues were after I had already filled out the form explaining what the issues were but it gets much worse. I didnt hear back from anyone to tell me what they found or what was needed so I called the service department and no one picked up the phone or returned my calls, no one provided a status on the services being performed after leaving multiple messages. I finally had to call the sales department number who of course picked up and I asked to speak to a manger so I could tell them what has been going on with service department, they sales manager did get someone from service on the phone who said they would get back to me be then put me off again until I called back again and again. They finally sent me a text telling me they didn't find anything wrong with the truck but that I should replace the brakes and rotors... HUH? I was so frustrated I told them forget it and get my truck ready I am picking it up. They then wanted to charge me a couple of hundred for the "diagnostics" I said yeah sure even after I had the truck in for the 20,000 mile maintenance a few months ago and everything was fine and you have had my truck for two days and I had to chase you down to get any answers yeah sure ... whatever. Thankfully they waved the fees. I won’t be going back there for service and unfortunately may be looking elsewhere when it’s time to buy my next truck. Very disappointing. More
