Great customer service When I called to report that the air conditioning was not working on my 2017 Forester and the weather forecast was for temperatures in the 95-100 rang When I called to report that the air conditioning was not working on my 2017 Forester and the weather forecast was for temperatures in the 95-100 range, Victor found a way that I could bring my car in the next day. Everyone in the service department, from the greeter to Victor was extremely welcoming and helpful. It turned out there was a leak in the system that had caused the freon to leak out. It was fixed under warranty. While they were at it, they also changed the clock to daylight savings time, laughingly telling me that even a person with three college degrees often can't figure out how to do it. More
