"Aboe and beyond"

Brought my Crosstrek in for regular service, but had a problem I hadn't anticipated. Due to my backing up and hitting the passenger side rear bumper, some of the car's bells and whistles weren't working. Fixing required body work and an insurance claim. Left my car, insurance adjuster visited Garavel, Garavel facilitated getting my car to Marty's in Norwalk for body work -- coordinated everything for me, keeping me in the loop the whole while. Much appreciated help.

"A pleasure aside from cost "

Service was excellent all around. The people are a pleasure to deal with, friendly and efficient. Would be nice if cost was lower so no longer use for routine maintenance. But when something other than tires needs fixing I will always come back.

"Denny Service Manager is great. Victor was very helpful."

Denny service Manager was very helpful in getting me appointment sooner since I was going out on vacation. All the time he was on the floor and monitoring service issues of other customs. Victor helped me with service issues of my car. This was my first visit to this dealership. I am impressed with the promptness and nice behavior of the people I came across during my service.

"Great customer service"

Took my car in for routine servicing, as well as investigate a minor problem with the gas cap door. The process could not have been easier. Was checked right in and Victor explained all the servicing I would get, including a repair to the gas cap door and a check to see if the car's computer needed an update. Even thought he car was out of warranty, he covered the repair to the gas cap door ( which needed to be replaced). In short, total commitment to customer satisfaction. It took some time but the service was comprehensive and the waiting area was quite comfortable.

I bought my Subaru in March 2015. Since then, every experience I have had with this dealership and service center has been exceptional. Everyone is incredibly nice and very accommodating. And if something goes wrong, they are the first to make the situation right. I would highly recommend Garavel Subaru.

Other Employees : The driver who takes me home after I drop my car off and picks me up when it's ready. He is terrific! I wish I knew his name but he is great.

"Best Subaru Mechanics & Victor Urena is the Best Rep"

I told Subaru Service that my car rumbled and made terrible, loud noises after an oil change elsewhere. The Subaru Mechanic worked all day and into the evening doing overtime until 7:30 and my transmission and engine are now perfect, which is just amazing!!! Victor Urena has always been so knowledgeable and service oriented! He goes over and beyond for all his customers! He always has a nice smile!
