Good service but overpriced. Service is good but I find the price. Basically I paid $200.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. Not sure I will use service in the future. Flat tire in my driveway Brand new car with very low mileage/little driving and discovered a flat tire in my driveway. I reached out to Charles Goldstein, our sales consultant Brand new car with very low mileage/little driving and discovered a flat tire in my driveway. I reached out to Charles Goldstein, our sales consultant who was very helpful. He advised that I call Subaru Roadside Assistance and then get in touch with him. Roadside Assistance had someone come change the tire within an hour of my call. Charles picked up the car the next day and had Garavel replace the tire (it couldn't be repaired) and had it back at my home by 3 PM same day. Easy and helpful! More

Very polite, helpful and responsive with a major issue. I had been out of the country and my son had taken the car for a service to Stamford Subaru. I have never used them. Two issues as a result. First wa I had been out of the country and my son had taken the car for a service to Stamford Subaru. I have never used them. Two issues as a result. First was not even discovered by them. Outback had a issue with the catalytic converter. Came into the service office suggesting that it may be covered under warranty. Very polite reception, pointing out that he wasn’t sure it was covered but did the homework and said yes since the warranty was 8 years or 80,000 miles. I had no service diagnosis booked but within 2 hours, the diagnosis was confirmed and the part ordered. Confirmation given that it was covered under the warranty. In addition, my tire pressure sensor light was on. Stanford Subaru said it was sensor issue but had not fixed. Your Service receptionship thought it wasn’t a problem with the sensor since the light was on all the time, not intermittently as would be the case for a sensor problem. He was right. Tires checked and to my great surprise, there was a nail in each front tire. Plugged and fixed immediately. Throughout the visit, very polite and helpful responses. I now await a call to tell me the part has arrived and date/time to install the new catalytic converter. More

In and out in 30 minutes!! I came in last month to have the wiper jets replaced and the part that came in was faulty.
