Garavel Subaru - Service Center

I purchased my WRX at this dealership. The purchase did not go well as the price was raised and then lowered, however, they did charge me for a spoiler which was not on the car. This was subsequently refunded, but took several weeks. On the service side, I brought the car in for a noise issue, which was not resolved. When I complained & wrote a negative review, the owner, Paul Garavel banned me from the dealership & refused to provide further service. Fortunately, other Subaru dealers were more than willing to service my vehicle & IMO have greater technical competence than Garavel Subaru. More

I went to Georgetown Subaru after having a horrific experience at Stamford Subaru. I regretted buying a certified pre owned pile of garbage and had a bad taste in my mouth from the experience.
