I purchased my WRX at this dealership. The purchase did not go well as the price was raised and then lowered, however, they did charge me for a spoiler which was not on the car. This was subsequently refunded, but took several weeks. On the service side, I brought the car in for a noise issue, which was not resolved. When I complained & wrote a negative review, the owner, Paul Garavel banned me from the dealership & refused to provide further service. Fortunately, other Subaru dealers were more than willing to service my vehicle & IMO have greater technical competence than Garavel Subaru. More

Don and Dave made my Subaru experience not only pleasant by their friendliness and willingness to help me. They also got my car services very quickly and set me up with a loaner vehicle to use in the mean t by their friendliness and willingness to help me. I went to Georgetown Subaru after having a horrific experience at Stamford Subaru. I regretted buying a certified pre owned pile of garbage and had a bad taste in my mouth from the experience.
