Great experience We worked for a week through email with Jon Black and James Brodsky to select the perfect options that would meet our bank and budget criteria. Garber location offers Methodist Hill Rt 15 and Interstate 390 for relevant driving. We returned, discussed needs, trade-in value and the deal was done in about 90 minutes of arrival. I felt we reached a fair deal. On delivery day, Pete spent at least 30 minutes in the Passport with me, showing features and setting up my preferences and iPhone. Andy from Finance sat with me at Pete's desk and the "paperwork" was a few minutes. At pickup, I realized I forgot to include roof crossbars in my request. Peter and Andy made the pricing adjustments and got me scheduled for the next business day. Debra Ferra was my service contact and another A+. Overall a very positive buying experience.
