Mary, I am sorry about the recent experience you had with some of our staff. I did talk with the new collision manager Ken to understand the experience you had and was notified about the recall Honda had issues and therefore the original work performed. I am sorry if the warranty work was not properly communicated to you but it looks as though only part of the Ridgeline tailgate was recalled and therefore that is the part in which we fixed for you. My manager Ken Biemiller is looking into the cost of what it would be to fix the rest of your Ridgeline for the peeling and rust. We will be in touch once we understand the cost.
