Amazing I brought my old van in for more work yesterday and when Tim came to me saying I really should get a new van, I was like yeah I should. They got me into a reliable car that was within my budget! I have been to several other dealerships prior to finding Garber Honda Pre-owned Supercenter. At the previous dealerships, I felt pushed as if I was I have been to several other dealerships prior to finding Garber Honda Pre-owned Supercenter. At the previous dealerships, I felt pushed as if I was just a dollar sign. I didn't feel like I was heard at previous dealerships, and despite the budget that I wanted, they kept pushing for over a hundred dollars over what I could afford. From the second I walked into test drive a honda, I met my sales man, Michael O'Donohue, and he gave me the space to come to my own decision. He gave me the plates and picked out the keys of 3 of the cars I wanted to test drive.. He said take your time, and let me know what you think. It was such a relief to not feel pushed into anything and to take my time and feel out which car I wanted. I knew just from the comfortable experience from the start, that I would be doing business with their dealership right then and there. I told Michael my budget. He helped me find a safe reliable car in my budget, and made sure I had all the documents sent to him so that when I scooped up my car, all I had to do was sign the papers. Also Jon Black (who worked on getting the price and finance through the bank) was exceptional! He explained everything so thoroughly and made sure I understood the documents I was signing. Not only was I able to get into a beautiful car, but they were able to put a 2 year warranty on my vehicle and STILL stay in the budget I needed. I am so grateful to have found this dealership. They made car buying so easy, and not as stressful as it was previously. I would recommended this dealership to EVERYONE! Thank you again Michael and Jon for all that you have done. Although I loved the Honda accord , we discussed my personal uses for the vehicles needs , and in the end , we agreed that the Pilot was the choice . Not only did he have knowledge of the vehicle and its features, but he had also knowledge of sale, resale, lease, mileages, affordability for the customer. Including actual resale of the vehicle at its later years .
