But, it had a lot of issues with the a/c and now there are other things going wrong with it. I was planning on looking for a new car this Spring. I just came to look and within a week, I had a new Honda Fit. If it had not been for the kindness of Todd in service, and the help they gave me to fix the a/c last summer, I probably would not have come back. He was amazing and treated me with the utmost respect. I will always remember that. I am a Honda person and will stay that way. I got a great deal on the car. He determined what we could afford and went from there to show us what vehicles were available within our price range. I own a sedan, so an SUV was "new" to me, but a needed step to take due to physical issues and grandchildren!!! I was impressed with Robert's quick wit, knowledge, accommodations, and ease in working with him. He truly went out of his way to accommodate our desires as well as tweaking some other issues that came up along the way.
