My Experience I was in the area so I stopped by Garber Honda to see if I could possibly trade my Honda Accord for a CRV. The dealership where I originally bought the car new from wouldn’t deal with me. I expected the same from Garber. Rob listened to what I said and came up with a CRV that I liked. Finally found a dealership that is truly there to help you! I had been leasing a car and still had a year of payments left but due to how much driving I do on a weekly basis, I was about to be over on my miles I had been leasing a car and still had a year of payments left but due to how much driving I do on a weekly basis, I was about to be over on my miles and have to start paying for every mile I was going to be over for probably that entire year I had left. I decided to try and see if there were any other options. The first dealership I went to told me there was no chance I could get approved for a loan due to my poor credit history. I was then referred to Michael Driggs at Garber Honda and I couldn't be happier I went! He was beyond helpful and completely understanding of my situation. He did everything he could to help me get into a vehicle that I could rely on and one I would love. He did just that. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful, fully loaded, Honda CR-V EX-L. Issue Resolved After an initial issue with my recently serviced Civic, the Service Department made it right in the end. The problem is fixed. I bought my Honda Fit at Garber in 2014 and since then have been impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, and "how-can-we-help-you?" attitude of the I bought my Honda Fit at Garber in 2014 and since then have been impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, and "how-can-we-help-you?" attitude of the service department and sales staff. Just today, in the middle of a snowstorm, the rear wiper blade came off my car. I had no idea how to attach it, so I called and got a "Come on over; we'll fix it for you!" And they did -- two employees (Warren Stoutz and a technician whose name I never got) took about 3 minutes, and I left as a happy customer. I would gladly buy my next vehicle from Garber. Thank you!
