Wonderful experience at Garber Honda - 2018 Clarity PHEV I had a wonderful experience at Garber Honda from my initial contact by phone to driving away in my new 2018 Honda Clarity plug-in electric hybrid. I had a wonderful experience at Garber Honda from my initial contact by phone to driving away in my new 2018 Honda Clarity plug-in electric hybrid. First contact was my call to Garber based on an online listing showing that Garber had one of the new model Clarity PHEV available. Sales manager Brian Bender answered all of my initial questions by phone, patiently answering all of my questions. Later, my salesman, Issac Elliot followed up with a call before my visit. With my four-hour round trip drive, Issac and Brian coordinated the day so that we could review the cars many technical features, take a test drive, and do same delivery if all worked out. The 2018 Clarity is a brand-new model and this was the first one, just arrived at Garber. Issac had clearly studied all of the features including careful review of the Honda feature videos. His explanations were clear, and particularly well explained during the test drive. Negotiation was respectful, with both of us explaining our positions, and Brian and Issac taking the time to present various finance options to consider. The deal closely followed discussions from the initial phone call. With the season party that evening, several persons of the staff, apology for not knowing names, tended to my purchase from working with the trade in, prepping the new Clarity, and finalizing the financing. Other sales persons helped out with information for the insurance company, while Brian was working with the new car preparation and financing staff. All so I could take same delivery. Even as everyone was leaving, Issac asked me several times if I had any more questions related to the financing, or the features of the new car. I had a great experience buying my 2018 Honda Clarity PHEV from Garber Honda of Rochester, and highly recommend this dealership. More
