Used sales dept good but service not so much Salesman was great and made sure all my issues on the used vehicle would be addressed and taken care of. The service dept was lacking in my opinion an Salesman was great and made sure all my issues on the used vehicle would be addressed and taken care of. The service dept was lacking in my opinion and will not take my vehicle back. One of the issues "fixed" was the vans blind spot monitoring system. Two new control boxes needed to be installed, but a couple days later on a 95degree day both boxes were hanging from the back of the van. They looked to be put up under the rear bumper with just double sided tape and not back in the original mounting position, because I'm sure it was the easier way. I brought this up to the sales guy I worked with to see if anyone would reach out to me and nothing. From a customer service standpoint a call back from a service manager would have went a long way to make it right and fix the issue. I ended up correcting the issue the correct way by putting it back in its designated mounting position. More

New Accord I recently leased a new Accord and I really couldn’t be happier with my vehicle and the dealership I leased it from. He never made me feel like my questions were a burden or that pressure to make a deal that I have felt in the past at other dealerships. I did my research and even went to another dealer closer to my home before I stopped at Garber and Frank is the reason I purchased from them. I’m so thankful I went to Garber for my new Accord, they are worth the drive for their employees. I will be back again. More
