Bad customer service I was looking to lease a Honda Civic, and was helped by a salesman who goes by the name issac over on garber Honda on west Henrietta. He was very rude I was looking to lease a Honda Civic, and was helped by a salesman who goes by the name issac over on garber Honda on west Henrietta. He was very rude and didn't seem like he cared. All he cared about was making a sale. He ran my credit card for the down payment just to later in tell me the car couldn't be put in my name cause of a past repo. So they had to put it in my girlfriends name. So we did that and he told me since it's in my girlfriends name I could put the car on my insurance but would have to add her to my insurance..... so after I did all that he gave us the keys and let us go. I get a call couple days later from my insurance saying that we can't do that. Since the cars never her name she would have to get her own insurance cause the cars in her name....... she's already under her parents insurance so now we're at a stop. Someone needs to figure out why they let's us drive off the lot without the right information. He pretty much lied to us to get a sale and I would go as far as to sue this company if they don't figure out something More

So my family and I made a trip from Richmond, Va to see the car in Rochester, NY. We called around 15 minutes before it closed to confirm the availability whilst driving through PA. Next morning, leaving the hotel to see the car, we get a call saying the car has been sold overnight. I would never consider buying a car off the internet without seeing it, so I am a bit suspicious. We called the manager, Joel, who said the car had been sold prior to our first call (7/21/2017). However, we were told the car was available. I've never heard of a business that sells inventory that they do not have. To rub salt in the would, the vehicle is still listed for sale today (7/22/2017), despite Joel telling me that the car was being shipped today to another buyer. More
