Annie is truly organized,, thorough, attentive, and was able to answer all my questions. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate her a 20. I love my 2017 Honda CRV touring edition and appreciated Annie's no pressure approach which made this a very pleasurable experience. Annie left no detail unspoken and patiently reviewed all the features of my CRV on the day of purchase. That alone was very helpful. Annie is exceptional in her job, and I would definitely refer friends to her and return to Garber for future purchases. More

Good Price Correlates to Poor Experience Although I did get a great price below with a great interest rate, the entire process was convoluted and poorly explained. Instead of being accommodating, Garber was willing to jeopardize my insurance policy to push cars off the lot and failed to provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork. More

Gina our salesperson went above and beyond to put the deal together, gave us a fare price, and describe the vehicle with great detail making us confident that when I showed up to take delivery the car was everything she had described. The paperwork was ready when I flew in and within 30 minutes I was on my way back to Michigan. The car was well represented and the 9 hour drive back was a pleasure.
