Fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was not initially considering Garber because there is another Honda dealership close to my home. However, after submitting an online form with my ba I was not initially considering Garber because there is another Honda dealership close to my home. However, after submitting an online form with my bank about financing a Honda, Donna from Garber called me almost immediately. She set up an appointment with me for the next day. When I called her to cancel and told her I changed my mind about the year I was looking for, Donna checked and learned that they had just accepted a trade in that fit what I was looking for. Once I arrived at Garber, I worked with Brian and Gene who were tremendously helpful in helping me identify the right vehicle for my family. Ultimately I ended up leasing, an option I didn't think would fit the mileage I typically drive. I mentioned this to another dealer and they did not offer leasing as an option. At Garber, however, they offered me a high mileage lease that still fit in my price range. I had such a positive experience at Garber. The sales team took time to discuss different options. They were quick in getting numbers, even coming into the playroom where I was sitting with my daughter so that we could talk more easily. I never felt pressured, just valued. When I picked up my car, Gene even took the time to show me how to set up my blue tooth and memory seat settings! I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Most honest, positive car buying experience EVER! I am embarrassed to admit this was my first car purchase on my own, with a little help from my son. In the past I found car dealerships and many of t I am embarrassed to admit this was my first car purchase on my own, with a little help from my son. In the past I found car dealerships and many of the salespeople to be aggressive, intimidating, and difficult to work with. So I'd leave the choosing to other family members and avoid the stress. I found Ginamarie Lanzatella to be a joy to work with and the fellow employees that helped with questions and such were very accommodating.
