However, I cannot give a rating of 5 because I wasn't completely satisfied. I was informed that I had 24 hr to exchange the new car if I wasn't satisfied. I was interested in purchase Honda Accord with Sensing technology within 24 hr, however, the exchange was made very difficult and was being convinced that I was better off without those technology. After 8 months, and driving a few long distance I do realize that it would have been much better to have car with sensing technology. More

Both Jon (sales advisor) and Dan (sales mgr.) were extremely helpful, and pleasant. In addition to that, they were very down to earth. I can't stress how refreshing that is in the sense that I didn't have to deal with some of the phoniness you can typically expect with some people in the car industry. I wasn't pressured either, also a big plus in anyone's book. Atmosphere in the dealership professional but relaxed. It has none of the stereotypical shady feel some used car dealerships can have. Whole process was quick and they washed and waxed my car before bringing it out. Interior was immaculate too. I'm trying to think if I've missed anything. Oh yeah, price negotiating was easy too. In the end, I ended up getting a fair price. I say "fair" because it was fair for both sides. Which is the essence of a good deal. Let's be real here, it's a business and their job is to make money. But it's nice to negotiate with people who are at least reasonable. I've dealt with other dealerships before who literally would barely budge on prices and I don't know about you but I get pretty turned off in those instances. So, to sum it up, this is the best used car dealership that I've ever been to, honestly. Definitely check them out people. More
