Great experience at Garber Pre-Owned I was looking to get out of my Chevy lease and was looking to finally buy after 5 years of leasing. I sat down with Xavier Cox and he gave me a basic idea of what options I had and what steps I had to take in this currently unfamiliar process. He was very patient and he wasn't pushy at all in any way. He gave me space and plenty of time (a few months actually=just what I needed) to make up my mind and figure things out before making any decisions. (This part was very important to me because pushy salesman enrage me and stress me out.) Xavier was the salesman I needed to work with and he made things so easy for me. I ended up financing a 2014 Toyota Yaris for an excellent price and I LOVE IT! I'm now so grateful for all the diligent work Xavier and his coworkers put into helping me out. New CR-V Walked in to Garber last Friday still debating on the Forester or CR-V. Talked to Roy Patterson at first. Talked to him about the vehicle, it's features, and price. Roy was very professional, and a pleasure to talk to. No pushy sales talk. He then suggested I drive the car home and keep it over night. Drive it around some more, maybe drive right to the Subaru dealer and compare it to the Forester side by side. So, that's what I did. A test drive is one thing, but driving it around more in different traffic conditions is really the way to go. My wife was pretty much sold at this point. So we brought the car back to Garber the next day and met with Roy's brother, Ryan. Ryan asked us what it would take to buy the car right then. We gave him a price. He left to talk to his manager, came back shortly afterwards, and shook our hands. Deal done. Highly recommend dealing with either Roy or Ryan. Came back two days later to pick up the CR-V. Dealt with Kelli Ophardt in regards to some options and the finance of the vehicle. Turned all the options down, and Kelli did not try to pressure us in to changing our minds at all. Really appreciated that. Another pleasure to work with. I will definitely go to Garber again in the future whenever we make another car purchase. Great dealership! More

Wonderful Experience I was in to get a Honda CR-V about a month ago. I wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or buy the car. He was genuinely interested in making sure I made the best decision for me and my financial needs. Once I decided to lease the vehicle, he was able to qualify me for 2 rebates based on being a return Honda customer and a recent college graduate! Once I took delivery of the vehicle, he was extremely thorough while explaining the many new features of the car, even down to the different color choices for the touchscreen display!
