We went to Garber Honda on a Saturday thinking we would have to go back the next week to pick up the car, but James went above and beyond by helping us contact our auto insurance company and completed everything for us. We were able to drive our new car home the same day. We were very much satisfied with the customer service! We highly recommend James! More

We Love Isaac! Isaac was our salesperson when we visited Garber Honda in Rochester, NY. We were not ready to turn in our lease at first, but were interested to hear Isaac was our salesperson when we visited Garber Honda in Rochester, NY. We were not ready to turn in our lease at first, but were interested to hear what Garber could offer us. Isaac was personable and friendly and completely understood our needs. He treated both my husband and I with respect and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire buying experience. Isaac was patient while we figured out the financial pieces and was more than willing to advocate on our part with his managers. We did decide to turn our 2014 CRV early and lease a 2016 model! I love the car, color and convenience of is new CRV! It is a gorgeous blue metallic and rides like a dream! I am not only satisfied with the vehicle, I am more than pleased with the professional and friendly service we received from Isaac! My husband, our daughters, my mother have all been customers of Holtz Honda prior to the change to Garber. We were not disappointed in working with this dealership.
