Everyone who worked with me, from my salesperson Chris, to Matt, and Man were completely professional, and quite helpful. I never felt as if I was being "worked", or manipulated" in any way. No quote, then wait, then re-quote, then wait again, followed by the "let me talk to my manager" the car sales industry is so infamous for. The director of Pre- owned operations, Matt, was up front from the get go, and the business manager Man, presented me with all my options in a way that made me feel comfortable, and at ease. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, and left that same day with what I know is a great deal on a fantastic car! I would highly recommend Garber Honda to anyone who is in the market for a new, or used car. As for the Honda Fit itslef, I could not be happier. After the past 7 years of driving a 1998 Buick, I now have a great car with all the bells and whistles, and on a trip to Syracuse from Rochester this past Easter Sunday, I got 43.6 MPG. !!! Purchased Honda Accord I was in the market for a new car but I was not sure if I wanted a CRV or Accord. The first night I went I test drove a CRV and Accord. Al was very patient and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. I had decided that night that I was interested in the Accord but needed to go home and follow up with my husband. After a few days, Al and I made an appointment for me to come in and discuss the purchase of the car. I had a number in my mind of what I wanted to pay and after a short discussion back and forth we were able to agree on a price. More
