Even though it was a cold day, Pete made sure there were plenty of new model Civics for me to look over during my appointment. Pete even arranged to have my personal effects moved from my old car (lease expiration) over to the new model I was leasing. I was not looking forward to having to do this myself, but Pete had it done before I even realized he'd done it. Now that's what I call service! She even went the extra mile and found a factory stereo to put back into the vehicle after the previous owner had swapped it out! We came into the dealership to make our automobile purchase at 3:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon, he worked hard to finalize our purchase and stayed well after closing time to ensure all the details were perfect. Although we were very impressed with David's expertise and professionalism, we had two concerns about our experience. The first was the noisiness of the office due to the others dealers' loud conversations and activity. It was difficult to concentrate at times and to hear the phone while calling our insurance company. Then, David discovered someone had "pranked" his phone by putting scotch tape over the ear piece, which made it even more difficult to hear. We could see that he was embarrassed, but he took it in jest in front of us, the customers. This treatment should be addressed with the other dealers if it hasn't been brought to management's attention already. We felt it was immature and unprofessional of the others to treat him in such a way. Overall, we are pleased with our vehicle purchase and would consider returning to Garber for future vehicle purchases. More
