The feeling in the sales area is very "cave like". Lots of background noise which makes it difficult to carry on a normal conversation with the salesperson. The lack of any privacy in carrying on those conversations just adds to it. While Mr. Brodsky carried out the sale in a totally professional manner I almost walked when the line was used that stated " You know, there're other dealers that interested in that car". Really, I thought we were passed tactics such as that. I also did not appreciate the hard sell on the extended warranty by the finance office. When I stated I was not interested that should have been the end of it. I did not feel I needed to give an extended explanation as to my reason. "No, I am not interested" should suffice. More
