Things got off to an odd start as my scheduled appointment did not go as planned. This is where Garber Honda was honest and direct about the issue that occurred. They were accountable for the error and took the opportunity to improve things as opposed to ignoring the problem, this is what sets them apart from other dealerships in Rochester, NY. Inventory – Garber had a solid selection of pre-owned vehicles, I was interested in a Honda Odyssey with 10k – 20k miles on it and they had models from 2013 – 2015 fitting my criteria. Friendliness – All of the staff I interacted with was positive and friendly. From the top of the organization down, everyone treated me with courtesy and respect. Price – The price I paid for my vehicle was great, how many people can say that? They worked with me on trading my vehicle in and gave me a fair price for it. They also did a good job working on the financing to get me a competitive rate. Customer Service – I was definitely pleased with the customer service at Garber Honda. Matthew Moreno ensured everything throughout the process was handled properly and communicated all of the details of the process to me. Overall I could not be more pleased with the vehicle I choose, the service I received and the price I paid. I look forward to continuing to go to Garber Honda for years to come. More

From the moment we started looking at a car the sales rep Gina immediately jumped into action for a chance to help and started working for us. Ended up going home with the car we wanted after very pleasant negotiations with Man Tran. There is a sense of pride and team work from this dealership you won't get anywhere else and that is always a good feeling when making big purchases. I would have given 5 starts if it wasn't for the fact that we had to wait about an hour for the sales paperwork to be generated from across the street after finalizing a deal. All in all I would love to do business again with them and I hope they streamline the final sales paper work process so it could be obtained quicker. More

Our salesman, Thomas Conradt, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did not once pressure us into buying the car. He graciously helped us out when we didn't have all the paperwork we needed, even letting us "test drive" the car home so we could get them. He really did go above and beyond to make sure we went home happy with our new car. We also met with Robert Stevenson in the finance department, and he answered our questions honestly, intelligently, and without reservation. He helped us get financing that we were honestly thrilled with. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Garber Honda. As far as we're concerned, we're now Honda people for life. More

It was our fault for not looking at the final document because we were in such a rush to leave. Be careful of these thieve.
