Excellent service, friendly sales reps. MY 2001 BMW'S COMPUTER WAS SHOWING MULTIPLE PROBLEMS AND I DECIDED NOT TO FIX IT. I RENTED A CAR FROM THE AIRPORT. AFTER A FEW DAYS I WAS LOOKING MY 2001 BMW'S COMPUTER WAS SHOWING MULTIPLE PROBLEMS AND I DECIDED NOT TO FIX IT. I RENTED A CAR FROM THE AIRPORT. AFTER A FEW DAYS I WAS LOOKING TO FIND THE MAZDA DEALER. I MISSED THE MAZDA DEALER AND I TURNED INTO GARBER HONDA DEALER TO ASK FOR DIRECTIONS. THIS WAS RIGHT AFTER 5 PM. AT AROUND 8 PM I DROVE HOME A NEW HONDA CIVIC. DURING THE PAPERWORK THE SALES REPS DROVE THEIR HONDA PILOT TO THE AIRPORT TO GIVE ME RIDE BACK. AT THE AIRPORT I REALISED THAT THE RENTAL CAR'S GAS TANK IS HALF EMPTY. THE RENTAL AGENT SAID I WILL BE CHARGED $ 9.75/GALON. THE PRICE OF GAS AT PUNPS WAS AROUND $2.50. THE SALES REP CAME WITH ME TO THE GAS STATION AND I FOLLED UP THE RENTAL CAR. WE WENT BACK TO THE AIRPORT, DROPPED THE RENTAL CAR AND RETURNED TO THE HONDA DEALER. BY THE TIME WE RETURNED ALL PAPERWORK WAS DONE INCLUDING REGISTRATION. IN SUMARY: I ENTERED THE DEALER FOR DIRECTIONS, I LEFT WITH A NEW HONDA WITH FULL TANK. EXCELLENT SERVICE, FRIENDLY PEOPLE. The BEST dealership, EVER I was looking to get out of terrible vehicle. They got me into a BEAUTIFUL fully loaded Dodge Dart, that was right within the budget I was comfortable with. I love this vehicle. They made the whole process easy. Their customer service is out of this world, Joe has gone out of his way to contact me several times to make sure I am enjoying my vehicle. I will recommend this dealership to anyone!
