I called and got an appointment on the same day with Chris who was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have a good inventory and my son was able to get exactly what he wanted at a good price. The whole process was much easier than I remembered with car buying! Highly recommend this dealership and Chris. More

They treat me the way I want to be treated.They are all very thorough in their approach to explaining the details of the vehicle. They spell out the financials so I can easily understand the total cost of my purchase. This is all done with a smile as big as Texas. One could not help but be impressed with their quality of work. From an out of state customer, that was easy! I'm a second year student in college from outside of the 48 states. My family has always owned Hondas, so it was a sure thing that I would get a Honda I'm a second year student in college from outside of the 48 states. My family has always owned Hondas, so it was a sure thing that I would get a Honda as well. Since I do not have any plans to stay in the 48 states once I graduate, we decided that a 3 year lease was the best option. It was easy to get in contact with Garber Honda, despite the six-hour time difference between us. I called about three months in advance and they put me in touch with Dan O'Brien. Dan answered all my questions promptly through email or phone/text. Once August came around, Dan continued to communicate with us on what needed to be done, since we have never leased a car before. It was so easy. Dan took care of connecting the insurance and registration to my new 2015 Honda Accord. Garber Honda promptly sent over the paperwork via overnight UPS, but UPS did not deliver the package to us on time (NOT the fault of the dealership/salesperson). When it was time to fly to NY, I still did not have the paperwork in hand and notified Dan. It was a very stressful situation, but Dan put me at ease and told me not to worry about the paperwork, since he would arrange for me to be able drive it off the lot anyways. I landed in NY and Dan picked me up from the airport in my car! I was so happy that I was able to drive it home that evening. My dad (who was co-signing for me) received the papers from UPS the next day, and sent them back to Garber Honda with the prepaid overnight label that was included. Later in the week, I drove back to Garber Honda and signed the rest of the paperwork. I was in and out in a few minutes. Dan was such a pleasure to deal with and talk to throughout this whole process. He was very friendly and helpful with answering questions about the online financing application, and advised us on a down payment/monthly payment to suit our needs. Coming from out of state, I thought this process was going to be long and difficult. But Dan and Garber Honda made this process easy. I would recommend Dan O'Brien and Garber Honda, hands down. PS, I LOVE my Accord! It's fun to drive and handles well. I've also been getting great mileage (40mpg). I am so grateful that I picked the right dealership to lease my car from. We are so pleased with the service and quality in communication. Thank you Dan!!! More

Worst service department experience in 30 years! What an absolutely horrible experience we had at Garber Honda! I will never bring my car back there ever again. This is the second bad experience. At the first one they cracked our radiator and wouldn't own up to it. This time they sent me a coupon for a free inspection so I scheduled an appointment. I brought my car in at 12:45 and arranged for someone to pick me up. I was promised the car by 4:00 at the absolute latest, which is ridiculous for an inspection. At 3:30 when I was getting ready to come back to pick it up someone from Garber service called. They had JUST started on my car and said the engine light came on so it wouldn't pass. I find it unacceptable that my car was there almost 3 hours before it was touched, especially since I made an appt. They ALWAYS OVERBOOK and I am tired out of it. Our time is valuable. The man I talked to said he'd need time to diagnose why the light came on, but I had to be somewhere so I told him I would need to pick my car up at 4:00 like planned. What a waste of time! I was without my car most of the day and they got nothing done. If they had started working on it when they were supposed to they would have had plenty of time. Also, interestingly my check engine light was not on before or after I dropped it off. The next day I took the car to my private mechanic and it passed just fine. I was in and out in 15 min. So disappointed with Garber and still very upset about this experience!!! More
