Great customer service!! I have been with Holtz/Garber Honda for 20 years. The service reps are always friendly and I have known most of them for my 20 years. Everyone we worked with was professional, pleasant, and made sure that we were well taken care of throughout the process. We worked with Jon (Jon Stubbe- he's not listed under the 'Employees Worked With here) who we can't say enough about. He made sure we got to test all of the cars we were interested in, answered all of our questions, and was just plain nice. His fantastic customer service was the main reason we came back to Garber after talking other dealerships. Kudos to Garber! More

Thomas was so knowledgeable and walked me through all the options and helped me decide whether I should buy or lease and what sort of model would best suit my needs right now. I had so much tension about getting a car and he made everything move as smooth as my new car! He even sat in it with me and went through all of the features and how to use them.
