We went to two other car dealerships before Garber and not one salesperson came over to ask if we needed help. We pull into Garber and Dan was there right away. We were test driving a Cr-V in minutes and never expected to close a deal and drive home that evening in a new car! Way to go Dan! It was a pleasure doing business with you at Garber???? More

Best car buying experience I have bought quite a few cars over the years, and this was probably my best experience. Pete McCracken was totally responsive to our inquiries, phoning me back w/ offers and details and went the extra mile to ship me (we live 100 miles away) my briefcase left in the loaner car they gave us to use while the car was being transferred and wiring for the trailer brakes put on. Most of our negotiations were over the phone after a visit for service on our 2010 Pilot. The negotiations were pleasant and sticky issues were resolved quickly by Pete's management. Service has been excellent every time we needed it with our 2010 purchased 6 yrs ago. Deb in Service is always friendly but attends to details meticulously. Jeff in Service did a professional job in the wiring we needed done. Their shop foreman (don't find his name below was super helpful and gave us advice on the wiring and chose the best mechanic for the job needed. Rocco was very proficient and professional with the paperwork end of the deal. We were personally thanked for our purchase from Garber by one of the Administration (sorry I didn't catch his name). The 2010 Pilot we owned was the absolute best vehicle we have ever owned. W/ 99000 miles, it was still getting 22+mpg and was an excellent performing vehicle. If the 2015 is as good or better, Honda and Garber will be a dealer we return to. More

But once I entered the doors everyone welcomed me and demonstrated great hospitality. I was no longer nervous. Xavier asked, my interests and financial budget. I was presented with two vehicles along with understanding the pros and cons. Xavier was very knowledgeable and detailed with both cars. Michael Stedge was also remarkable with getting me financed. The quality service was excellent and fast. I wasn't expecting to drive off within hours in my new 2009 Chevy Malibu well within my budget. Thank you very much Garber for this outstanding experience. Our customer sales rep, Issac Elliott was knowledgeable, and we felt he genuinely wanted to put us in the vehicle that was right for us. We were going to stop at other dealers, but decided not to, and bought our 2015 Honda CR-V EX the next day. Issac took care of everything, even setting up our IPhones with the Bluetooth feature, returning our old plates to the DMV, and ensuring we met the service staff. Issac is terrific! Kevin Parker, the dealership owner also met us, and spent time getting to know us. We are very pleased with our decision to do business with Garber Honda. More

There were a couple of very frustrating moments once we got to the negotiation of the sale (hours worth), but in the end they gave us the price we were aiming for and we left pleased with our decision expecting to have an easy transaction the next day for pickup. However, when we returned to pick up the vehicle we were thrown a surprise new price by Rocco, which of course we were not happy about at all. There were frustrating comments made that were impacting my choice to commit (and ever return to garber), but ultimately they made sure we got the vehicle at the price we were given the previous night. So overall it was an arduous experience, but we left happy and confidant to recommend garber to others, especially Joe- he will be sure you get the vehicle you want at the price you're comfortable with. More
