Above and beyond spectacular! Thomas was knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. He located a car that had the color and options we wanted and gave us a great deal! He discovered a problem with the car and called us immediately to let us know. He then personally located another vehicle, picked it up himself and made sure it was ready for us the next day. (He did all of this even though he wasn't feeling well. That's dedication!) The issue with the first car was no fault of Thomas or Garber Honda, and we were very happy that Thomas was there watching out for us. When we need our next car, we will definitely come back to Garber Honda to buy from Thomas. This is the fourth vehicle we've bought from this dealership and we've always been pleased with the sales and finance staff. We also bring our vehicles to them for service and we're very pleased with the service staff as well. They're courteous, knowledgeable, they complete work as promised and I've never had to return because a problem wasn't resolved. I also take advantage of their convenient shuttle service. The bottom line is, I wouldn't go anywhere else - Garber Honda is the best! More
