Never expected what I received at Garber! My wife and I were out shopping and decided to stop in at Garber honda to look at the accord. Myself and especially my wife put that wall up no matter what when we are in a car dealership due to horrible experiences at buying vehicles in the past. Thomas has changed the way we look at car salesman and not just because he did a wonderful job from start to finish, not because he gave us a deal we felt was fair, and it was not because he knew the vehicle inside and out. It was because in one day Thomas was the closest thing to a son my wife and I have had. Truthfully words can't describe how amazing our experience was at Garber! Caring and Compassionate I first met with Annie Bochno and was impressed by her enthusiasm and passion for her work. I have never purchased a new car before and I was quite intimidated, but she put me quickly at ease. I knew I wanted the Honda Fit in purple and that is what she had me drive. She was kind and considerate and very patient with me, a techo idiot. She assured me I could do this and worked hard to get me to understand all the details of buying this car. It didn't hurt at all! When I arrived to pick it up, her twin sister, Elizabeth, helped guide me through the paperwork. She also was compassionate and patient! Annie went out to the car with me and patiently showed me how things worked. She calmed my nerves! But . . . her great service did not stop there! I got home and was concerned that there was a red light blinking and so I called her even though it was getting late. She reassured me it was the anti-theft device. She continued to be kind and patient. I hope I get to see her again sometime, though I really love this car and it will be a while (a long while from what I read about the FIT) before I need another car, but I will definitely stop to see her when I bring it in for its routine check-ups. He was able to locate the vehicle I wanted very quickly and when I wasn't able to get it the day I went in due to some documents that I needed to provide, he offered to deliver the vehicle to me the next day. Frank is continuing to help me out even after the sale, proving that he goes above and beyond to provide the best service he can. More

We've owned 3 Hondas in the past ten years, and while I talked to (but didn't visit) the folks at Garber for each of those purchases, we ultimately ended up at another dealership. For this most recent purchase of an Odyssey, I visited Garber and was very pleasantly surprised by the experience! I worked with Roy Patterson who was very personable and informative, especially about leasing. "Negotiating a deal" was where I was maybe most impressed. I had done a lot of homework prior to the visit, and had also visited the dealership where we'd purchased our previous three Hondas, so I had a very good idea of what a "fair deal" would be to lease 2015 Odyssey. Roy's INITIAL offer (e.g. no back & forth drama) was very aggressive! I asked for some more details and was provided ALL the details for the lease deal in writing ... they didn't "hide" anything! This is probably what "sold" me on Garber the most ... as that kind of openness has not been the norm for any of my previous car purchases. Honda car-buyers, you owe it to yourself to at least visit Garber ... I'm really glad I did! More

Fortunately after spending only minutes with Issac, my attitude had completely changed, and by the end of our time together I was signing for my new CR-V. I actually ended up going down the street to a few other dealership and when I was talking to other sales people my boyfriend and I were both thinking, "I want to go back and deal with Frank again!!" We ended up coming back to further discuss leasing a Honda from him. I really feel that Frank is a gem in this company, he's extremely personable, easy to work with, listens to his customer's needs, helpful, I love that when I said I needed to think for the night that he didn't chase me down to try and make a sale on the spot, he even taught me how to drive stick to help me get into a cheaper option, I would 100% recommend him to other people.
