My experience with Garber and Mr. Xavier Cox I was very pleased with my customer service experience with Mr. Xavier Cox. I was previously in contact with Mr. Cox before my first visit to the offi I was very pleased with my customer service experience with Mr. Xavier Cox. I was previously in contact with Mr. Cox before my first visit to the office. The day I decided to drop in Mr. Cox was gone for the day, however another employee contacted him and Mr. Cox came back to the office to assist me. I was very thankful for him returning to work. It made me feel as though he was there to help me no matter what it may require. He listened attentively as I described what I was looking for in a vehicle. Mr. Cox was also very sensitive to my credit situation as I explained to him why I was looking for a car in a certain price range. Mr. Cox took the time to look through the vehicles that were available and identified the ones that I may like and would be able to get financing. He showed me each vehicle and was very patient as I desired to test drive each one that I liked. I am also thankful that Mr. Cox worked closely with the financial consultant to get a better idea of what vehicles may be best for me due to my credit situation. I felt as though he took an extra step to help me rather than giving up the first time I was not approved. Over the course of the week Mr. Cox continued to keep in touch with me regarding other vehicles I may like. Overall I am grateful for the time and effort Mr. Cox put toward helping me find a vehicle. I felt as though he understood my needs, and how important it was for me to get a vehicle as soon as possible. I have already recommended Garber to several of my friends. I specifically shared the experience I had with Mr. Cox. He does not treat his customers as though they are just another customer, he takes the time to understand their needs, wants, and anything else that may impact their car buying process. Thank you Mr. Cox for such a great experience!!! More

I must admit I believe I could have gotten a slightly lower price for the car, but I am very satisfied with the vehicle. Once I agreed on a price for the car, he even offered to drive me to the dealership to pick it up to drive it home! Our sale associate, Frank Wagner Jr. took the time to see what it would take to get us into a 2014 Honda CR-V lease. Honda worked with us to get to a place were we needed to get in order to make the decision to lease another Honda CR-V. Honda worked with us regarding the over mileage and other very small things. Once we were set on purchasing the 2014 Honda CR-V, it was only about an 1-2 hours that we had to wait for the processing of the paperwork before we were in our new car. We were also in a hurry due to having been at Honda for many hours at that point, and between sales associates we were given the information we needed to get into the car and drive off the lot. My husband and I will be back in the future regarding buying other Hondas. We were very impressed with the professionalism and the dedication of the staff. I would highly recommend Garber to friends. More

This time, however, Roy had a great deal for me and worked with me to make it as affordable as possible. I keep coming back to this dealership BECAUSE of Roy. I know he will be honest with me, trustworthy, and that he will do his very best to get me a fair deal. Having worked with many dealers and dealerships, I cannot say this about the lot of them. These qualities allow me to leave feeling great about the customer service I received and my new car.
