I think this is the best experience I've had buying a car! Dan Lennox was great and was very nice. He was there through the whole process and explained everything so even I could understand it! ( I tend not to listen to everything people say to me! LOL!) The dealership of pre-owned cars is nice, clean and people were friendly. I had my used Subaru for about a week and one half and a light come on, on the dash. I called Dan and he said there was no problem. Take it to the service dept. and they will take care of you. I called the service dept. and Jessica said "Oh yes bring it in, if you can leave it we will give you a loaner car and will call you when we have your vehicle done!" I thought the day of the loaner car was gone! All in all, this experience was the greatest and I would most definitely send people to your dealership!!!! Thanks for everything! Pam B More
I was having a hard time getting financing that met my needs. After trying to get reasonable financing with other dealerships that offered "guaranteed approval" and failing miserably, I came into Garber. needs. Rick and Tom did an excellent job in making my husband and I very comfortable and sure about the decision we made concerning the leasing of our Honda. There was no pressure about the sale and the process seemed to flow with-out issue. Lastly, the group had everything ready for us when we arrived and they walked us through the many options that the Accord has to offer. This was our fifth lease with this dealership and the second time we had Elizabeth Bochno as our salesperson. We had an awesome experience dealing with Elizabeth for our last lease. So, we were thrilled second time we had Elizabeth Bochno as our salesperson. We had an awesome experience dealing with Elizabeth for our last lease. So, we were thrilled when she recently called to offer us her expertise once again at the end of our lease. Believe it or not, we have never had the same salesperson twice in all our years of purchasing vehicles. Nor, have we ever had a more smooth buying process. Elizabeth is by far the friendliest, most knowledgable and professional salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you want a fair, honest and straightforward experience then Elizabeth should be your first choice and Garber is where it happens . Everyone at this dealership is friendly and pleasant. This morning when i went to get in my van the battery was dead,. I accidentally left my lights on the night before . I always use the auto positioning, but the day before there was a snow storm and i had to dead,. I accidentally left my lights on the night before . I always use the auto positioning, but the day before there was a snow storm and i had to turn them on manually. I had a very important appointment at the hospital in about an hour that i had to get to. I tried jumping it myself and my neighbors also tried with no success. I called service and specifically asked for Debbie because previously she was much help. Sure enough she said "I will see what i can do". In about 15 minutes a car pulled in the driveway and a man got out with a charger jumped it and i was able to start my car. I feel that Debbie has repeatedly helped me on more than one occasion. She is an excellent service person. Other service people have tried to help but have fallen short. Just thought you should know this.
