Roy was very attentive and made sure to hone in on our wants and needs to ensure that both the vehicle and the "deal" were a good match for my family and I. He and Michael teamed up, and in my opinion went above and beyond, to negotiate the terms of my lease. My initial meeting was on Tuesday 3/5/13, and I drove off the lot in my brand new 2013 Pilot two days later. The service was fast, efficient and exceptional.
