James at Garber was a complete blessing and I’m so pleased I was able to work with him. My Dad got his Ridgeline there too and recommended them to me. The team helped me get the SUV I wanted and made it as manageable as possible in todays crap economy. They never make you feel like an afterthought and go out of their way to be accommodating. Decent overall experience. The repair work was done in two weeks reasonable and the results look great. I did not receive a multipoint inspection following my pick-up from repair- only the bill and the breakdown of the costs. I’m not sure if it applied On the day it was ready for pick up, i received a voicemail about this but I was out of town. I tried calling back but ended up leaving a message that I would be away for a few days. Later, my insurance agent contacted me to let me know Honda tried reaching out but heard nothing from me. I informed them what happened and called again to ensure the repair shop was notified. I was frustrated on the day of pick up; the store opens at 7am, I arrived at 7:44am and the front door was locked. I walked around the to service area on the other side of the building to then see someone else walk in the main door without a problem. Not sure if someone saw me in the previous moment and later unlocked it or if no one was available. Once I got inside it was a quick payment and return of my key. More
