The actual team and experience in the shop was fine. No complaints. However, I was told that for express service that an appointment was needed. Since I couldn't get through the day before via phone to see if I needed an appointment, I went by what was on the website. So my advice, is that if appointments are needed, then the website and chatbot information should be changed. More
