very poor service, my appointment was at 7:30AM and I had arrived 15 minutes earlier so i can get my car serviced and avoid the rush. Turned out, my car was being looked at around 9AM. Worst part is, my part arrived 15 minutes earlier so i can get my car serviced and avoid the rush. Turned out, my car was being looked at around 9AM. Worst part is, my part was under warranty but it was denied because i was told that i tampered with the part. Even though the dealership still get reimbursed for the part, but I guess they wanted me to pay for it instead. I left. Won't be going there again. More
