Refusing to fix their horrible paint job on my van! I bought my Odyssey brand new from Ralph Honda. Three years later, the tailgate was rusting, and Honda had issued an extended warranty for the paint I bought my Odyssey brand new from Ralph Honda. Three years later, the tailgate was rusting, and Honda had issued an extended warranty for the paint because they were aware it was subpar. Garber Honda had my van for SEVERAL WEEKS. A couple of years later, not only is the rust back again, even worse than the first time, but in a completely different area (near the top of the liftgate), the paint is LITERALLY PEELING AND CRUMBLING OFF MY CAR!! I took it back to Garber, where the SAME man, John Coletta, tried to LIE and claim that only the rusted area had been touched up. Imagine his face when I retrieved the original paperwork that HE HIMSELF signed off on, that the entire tailgate HAD, in fact been repainted. I was then referred to a service manager named Tim. After going round and round with HIM, I asked him about Garber Honda's "Mission Statement"--the one that says that their success is measured by creating relationships with customers who want to return to them to do business again. He said he wasn't concerned about losing our business. So I will take my 840 credit score and my business elsewhere. More

Before we decided going to this dealer store, another dealer told my husband we should change brake oil, and many other issues of our car. We have a 2017 Oddssey , new car. When I talked to Ryan, he is very nice and he also very proud of his team members. Ryan is definitely Reliable and Royal to client. Very nice!!!The technicians did check our car less than 30mins and told me just because of the tire need some air, and Zero fee!!! We are very appreciate their professional help and now I could take my parents with my baby to anywhere with no worries!! Next time definitely will keep Garber Honda!! And also highly recommend Ryan and his whole team!! Nice person Great job!!! More
Great service! Every time ! It was time for my B17 service, yep, a big one ! I got my loaner car, and off to work I went. Every thing was done and ready by 3PM. My Civic handles like brand new agin ! I love the service team at Garber, especially my Deb ! The service team is what keeps me coming back, year after year, about 20 years now, for new cars ! More

Issue Resolved After an initial issue with my recently serviced Civic, the Service Department made it right in the end. The problem is fixed. Many thanks to the service department manager Todd Trask which helped me into this matter and also to the mechanic Dan Dalton who identified the problem and took corrective actions. A bit frustrating but apparently this is part of the life sometimes. Happy customer in the end. Weekend saved. More

I bought my Honda Fit at Garber in 2014 and since then have been impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, and "how-can-we-help-you?" attitude of the I bought my Honda Fit at Garber in 2014 and since then have been impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, and "how-can-we-help-you?" attitude of the service department and sales staff. Just today, in the middle of a snowstorm, the rear wiper blade came off my car. I had no idea how to attach it, so I called and got a "Come on over; we'll fix it for you!" And they did -- two employees (Warren Stoutz and a technician whose name I never got) took about 3 minutes, and I left as a happy customer. I would gladly buy my next vehicle from Garber. Thank you!
