Worst service department experience in 30 years! What an absolutely horrible experience we had at Garber Honda! I will never bring my car back there ever again. This is the second bad experience. At the first one they cracked our radiator and wouldn't own up to it. This time they sent me a coupon for a free inspection so I scheduled an appointment. I brought my car in at 12:45 and arranged for someone to pick me up. I was promised the car by 4:00 at the absolute latest, which is ridiculous for an inspection. At 3:30 when I was getting ready to come back to pick it up someone from Garber service called. They had JUST started on my car and said the engine light came on so it wouldn't pass. I find it unacceptable that my car was there almost 3 hours before it was touched, especially since I made an appt. They ALWAYS OVERBOOK and I am tired out of it. Our time is valuable. The man I talked to said he'd need time to diagnose why the light came on, but I had to be somewhere so I told him I would need to pick my car up at 4:00 like planned. What a waste of time! I was without my car most of the day and they got nothing done. If they had started working on it when they were supposed to they would have had plenty of time. Also, interestingly my check engine light was not on before or after I dropped it off. The next day I took the car to my private mechanic and it passed just fine. I was in and out in 15 min. So disappointed with Garber and still very upset about this experience!!! More

This morning when i went to get in my van the battery was dead,. I accidentally left my lights on the night before . I had a very important appointment at the hospital in about an hour that i had to get to. I tried jumping it myself and my neighbors also tried with no success. I called service and specifically asked for Debbie because previously she was much help. Sure enough she said "I will see what i can do". In about 15 minutes a car pulled in the driveway and a man got out with a charger jumped it and i was able to start my car. I feel that Debbie has repeatedly helped me on more than one occasion. She is an excellent service person. Other service people have tried to help but have fallen short. Just thought you should know this. The service was awesome. First time I stopped in to this service center. After waiting about 5 minutes, I realized that I had forgotten that my son had a school concert and I was in danger of missing it. service center. I mentioned this to Steve and told him that I would certainly understand if he couldn't accommodate me by sending my car in for the battery replacement earlier than planned. Both he and the technician (sorry I forgot his name) went above and beyond. They pulled the car in right away and finished the job with enough time to get me on my way and I was able to see my son's concert. More
I am very picky about my car. I wash it twice a week, wax it often, clean the inside regularly etc. I only get it serviced at the dealer. I treat it like I want it to last, and look good, forever. When I was hit-and run, and just days later scratched up my rims, I was furious. I went to several shops for estimates. Although Garber Collision was not the lowest, I was not looking for the cheapest place. I was looking for a PERFECT job at the most reasonable price. When I left from getting the estimate, I knew it was going to be Garber working on my car. From my first contact with Stephanie on the phone, to my estimate appointment with John, and my walk aroung the car when it was done with Dave I felt at ease and completely satisfied. My rims looked as good as the day the car was purchased. The body damaged was fixed the same way. It was like nothing had even happened to the car, which is exactly what I wanted. Not only was the job done perfect, but they treated me well and with respect the entire time. I will continue to bring my car to Garber, bring my wife's tf there is an issue, and recommend Garber to anyone who asks, or will listen to, me. More
