My First Wonderful Car Purchase Everyone was really polite and educated us with each concept upon car purchase. They know how to establish great rapport to their clients. They even let us ride the vehicle and test drive if it works well with us. Mr. Ed Heinz, the Sales Consultant, who I believe worked for 25 years in the company is a very professional one. He also established great rapport to me and my husband. We were grateful because we had a common friend. We even showed our new car purchase to other Filipino friends and they told us that they know Mr. Heinz (because they purchased theirs too through Garber) and said that he still looks the same. He showed to us the maintenance room and even introduced us to some of the staff. He even delivered our car awhile ago in our apartment. Looking forward to future purchase with you, Mr. Heinz! For the Finance Officer, Mr. Willis Lewis, he was soooo great! I really had a great time talking to him. He explained to us the details about our contract.. And let us signed legal documents explaining each of it concisely... He also exemplifies a strong, willed, and full in spirit man. The manager also welcomed and congratulated us for our new car. He explained to us inside the car how to connect my phone to the screen. He even asked us if we still had questions. They were the three great men who I will never forget in my first purchase at Garber Bay Road. Thank you for being such great and friendly company to your clients. The people make this dealership great =) I've never had a salesperson like Alexandra. Professional, yet sweet & caring. Extremely happy! John K and the team at Garder Bay Rd were wonderful to work with. After my daughter-in-law went through this experience with me, she was so impressed that she is certain they will be going back to Garber to purchase their new car!
