I had a very negative experience with this dealership. Phillip Royball asked me for a $500 deposit to hold a vehicle, even though I did not sign any paperwork or agreement. When I changed my mind and requested a refund, he became aggressive and told me the dealership “does not refund deposits.” My husband had to go in person, and even the manager first tried to pressure us into buying the vehicle instead of returning the money. Only after insisting did they finally agree to issue the refund, which is still pending. This process was unprofessional, stressful, and felt very dishonest. More
