"Gold Star!" Manny was extremely helpful! He was very friendly from the beginning, joking around and making us feel very comfortable. He knew that I was nervous Manny was extremely helpful! He was very friendly from the beginning, joking around and making us feel very comfortable. He knew that I was nervous about going from a small car to a big SUV and was very patient and put no pressure while I struggled with my decision if I it was too big or if I could even handle it. He responded to our text messages promptly and kept the communication open the whole time. He offered if I wanted to test drive other vehicles that were smaller and kept emphasizing he wanted me to feel good about my decision. It drives me crazy when a car dealer puts pressure, its already pressure enough buying a new car and Manny was just the opposite. I had thought about not purchasing a car from there but I had found an suv I really liked on the used lot. When I went back on Monday Tony Rumbo helped me out and I decided to buy the 2016 Jeep Cherokee that I had looked at before. Tony was great! He walked me through every step and explained the process and never made me feel like I didn’t belong there as my credit isn’t the best and I am not rich. I enjoyed the sales process thanks to him and I love my Jeep!! More
