I hope the next time I schedule my oil change I’ll receive better service. I’ve dreaded scheduling these appointments because of the poor service I received last 3 visits. Bty…rude phone people. Hope this improves as well.

I sent the service manager AN my phone number, email address, and availability and did not receive a response after I agreed to meet with him. Did Mr. McKinnon obtain my information from him? I would think Garcia Honda would be reaching out to me, especially since I also submitted a complaint with the BBB and have not received a response from Garcia Honda on that either. Will Mr. McKinnon be contacting me?
