After 11 years my wife was ready to take advantage of the zero percent financing offered by so WORTH A TRIP FROM TEXAS!! What an AMAZING experience!! After 11 years my wife was ready to take advantage of the zero percent financing offered by so many dealerships at this time! She settled on a Subaru Outback Touring XT but we couldn’t find a White one anywhere in a 5 state area until we found Garcia in Albuquerque! My first contact was with Aubry the GM and she even responded to me over the weekend...unexpected! Then I was connected to Pamela Razo and she was great!! She picked us up at the airport and made sure the $2000 worth of add ons were all installed before our arrival!! It was my wife’s birthday so she had balloons and flowers for her once we arrived at Garcia’s ...once again...unexpected!! Pamela was absolutely great and she introduced us to Billy the service manager who offered advice about driving back to Texas with an Outback with 4 miles on it! Pamela then introduced us to Nora who finalized everything in the finance department and really made us feel that she cared about us! Albuquerque is VERY fortunate to have a dealership like Garcia and Garcia Motors is VERY fortunate to have Aubry and Pamela! Our only regret is we don’t live closer so we can get service here too! Our drive back to McKinney, Texas was great and we felt like we have new friends in New Mexico! Thank you for a great experience! This is only my second review to ever write and I’m 60 years old. Just couldn’t miss an opportunity to let others know if you don’t want to dread a car buying experience, go to Garcia Subaru and talk to Pamela in Sales and Nora in finance!
